PowerSutra is a women-first apparel brand that designs smart, made-to-measure outfits for modern, confident women. With a strong focus on functionality, elegance, and personalization, the brand caters to working professionals who value both comfort and style.

Despite having a clear brand identity, PowerSutra struggled with low conversions, rising acquisition costs, and inconsistent campaign performance. When they partnered with us, the objective was to turn the account into a scalable and profitable growth engine while amplifying the brand story.

Objective

At the time of engagement, PowerSutra was facing several growth challenges:

  • Low Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • High Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC)
  • Poor conversion performance
  • Lack of breakthrough positioning in a competitive category

Our mission was to:

  • Improve ROAS and reduce CAC
  • Create a structured, conversion-driven campaign ecosystem
  • Elevate brand positioning while supporting revenue growth
  • Solve operational issues like stock management that impacted ad performance

The Strategy

Here’s how we tackled it:

1️⃣ Collection-Focused Promotion
The brand wasn’t leveraging its wide product variety effectively. We implemented collection-specific campaigns to spotlight different styles and improve catalog visibility.

2️⃣ Pant Suit-Focused Campaigns
Pant suits had a higher AOV and better conversion rates — so we focused 100% on scaling this hero category with creative and campaign depth.

3️⃣ Stock Management Fix
Frequent out-of-stock issues disrupted momentum. We worked closely with the team to ensure pre-stock alerts for bestsellers, maintaining a 10–15 unit buffer to prevent missed opportunities.

4️⃣ Controlled Discounting Strategy
While the account had a sale-heavy history, we introduced “Deal of the Week” and Quarterly Offers only on high-performing products, driving urgency without diluting brand value.

5️⃣ Introduction of UGC & Influencer Videos
Earlier, PowerSutra relied heavily on static creatives. We introduced UGC and influencer-driven content to add relatability and boost engagement — especially on performance campaigns.

6️⃣ Brand-Led Sales Campaigns
We launched branding campaigns with a sales objective — combining awareness-driven creatives with low-ROAS targeting. This helped widen the funnel while keeping brand voice consistent.

 

Execution

The results were clear and measurable:

Ad Spend Scale-Up

  • Monthly ad spend scaled from ₹3.82L → ₹6L+, nearly doubling investment.

Improved ROAS

  • ROAS improved from 2x → a consistent 3x, even with increased spends.

Revenue & Visibility Growth

  • AOV improved through pant suit positioning
  • Awareness campaigns increased engagement and assisted conversions

Operational Alignment

  • Stock alerts helped eliminate inventory-related ad inefficiencies
  • Creatives now include video, UGC, and influencer-led storytelling for broader reach
